Reiki Energy Healing

Service Description

As the practitioner, I act as a conduit for life-force energy, directing it to you. From there the intelligence of the energy and your body facilitate the healing. Typically clients leave feeling lighter, relaxed, and at peace. Occasionally a session can bring up trapped emotions, such as sadness or anger, that aren't able to be fully released during our time together. To receive the full benefits of a session, hold space for whatever comes up, as this will allow it to fully be released. Be sure to properly hydrate yourself before and after, and practice healthy habits that promote continued healing outside of the session. What to expect: I will begin the session by asking if there are any areas you'd like to focus on, and you'll have time to ask any questions you may have. For the session, you will lie on a massage table, and I will provide the reiki by hovering my hands over the chakra points on your body, occasionally taking notes of any intuitive insights I receive. At the end of the session, we will be able to share about the experience, and you will take my notes home.
